YOUNG GIFTED & TALENTED:
Give your child the gift of music and set them up for future success through the Noel Pointer Foundation’s String Music Program. In a fun, intensive classroom environment, students learn how to play the violin.
A dedicated and highly experienced staff of teaching artists will encourage and nurture creativity while challenging children to fulfill their true potential. Studying music is proven to increase attendance and graduation rates as well as open up greater college opportunities for students.
"Learning to play a string instrument is a transformative experience that advances children's lives." - Noel Pointer

Young Men of Character
The Young Men of Character is an all boys character building dance group that was created in 2008 by Lisa Spellman and Sharon Brown-Hall. The purpose of the program is to develop the mind, body and soul through academic intervention, mentoring, dance, development of leadership skills, and parent involvement.
The Young Men of Character is a unique program that accepts all boys in grade 5, regardless of their dance abilities. It’s a program that believes in lifting children up and not bringing them down by encouraging them to be the best that they can be.
